در برخی از کشورهای اروپایی بسیاری از مردم ابزار پلی یورتان را به عنوان ابزار دکوراتیو اصلی برای تزئین خانه خود انتخاب می کنند. برخی دیگر از افراد کشورهای دیگر ابزار پلی استایرن را ترجیح می دهند. تفاوت های بین ابزار پلی یورتان  و ابزار پلی استایرن چیست؟ در اینجا من لیست برخی از تفاوت ها را آورده ام .

تفاوتهای ابزار پلی استایرن PS و پلی یورتان PU

1. ابزار پلی استایرن از مواد پلاستیکی زباله قابل بازیافت ساخته شده است، بنابراین با محیط زیست دوستانه نیست و حاوی مواد سمی زیادی است.
2. پلی استایرن شکننده است و می تواند به راحتی شکسته شود.
3. ابزار پلی استایرن طرح و الگوهای زیادی ندارد.
4. اگرچه قیمت پایین تری دارد و بازار فروش آن نیز در چند سال گذشته خوب بوده است، اما کاستی های پلی استایرن در بازار رقابت در معرض دید قرار گرفته است.
5. تکسچر و ظاهر آن خوب نیست و همچون جنس مصنوعی و پلاستیکی ارزان قیمت به نظر میرشد.
6. در مقابل سوختن مقاوم و ضد آتش نیست.
7. ظاهر، بافت، دید سه بعدی، حفاظت از محیط زیست و تراکم ابزار پلی یورتان بهتر از ابزار پلی استایرن است.
8. مقاومت در برابر آتش، مقاومت به خوردگی، عایق حرارت و پایداری در برابر گرما ابزار پلی یورتان برتر از ابزار پلی استایرن  است.

PS mouldings and PU mouldings’ Differences

In some European countries, many people choose PU mouldings as main decorative materials to decorate their home. Some other people in other countries prefer PS mouldings. What differences between PS mouldings and PU mouldings? Here I list some differences:

4. PS mouldingis made of recyclable waste plastic material, so it is not environment friendly. And it contains many toxic substances
5. It is brittle and can crack easily.
6. There is no lots of patterns, the modeling is single.
7. Though the price is lowest and the sales market is not bad a few years ago, the shortcomings of the PS mouldings are exposed along with the competition in the market.
8. Texture is poor, lack of wood texture, feels like it is cheap.
9. It isn’t fireproof, once burning, PS mouldings is the best combustible.
10. In the installation process can only be fixed with iron sheets. The iron sheets will be fracture easily after 2-3 times installation.
11. The feeling, texture, three-dimensional, environment protection, toughness of PU mouldings is better than those of PS mouldings.
12. In aspect of fire resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation and heat stability, the PU mouldings is superior than PS mouldings
