روش نصب ابزار پیش ساخته پلی یورتان
در تصویر مقابل روش نصب ابزار پیش ساخته پلی یورتان به تصویر کشیده شده است. برای نصب ابزار پلی یورتان ابتدا باید موقعیت نصب ابزار روی دیوار ، سقف و غیره خط کشی گردد. به عنوان مثال در مورد قاب بندی روی دیوار، ابتدا چهارگوشه قاب مشخص و سپس خطوط قاب روی دیوار ترسیم می‌گردد.
در مرحله بعد ابزار پلی یورتان با توجه به سایز و زوایای مورد نیاز برش داده می‌شود. برای این منظور از اره دستی نیز میتوان استفاده نمود. پس از برش ابزار، پشت آن با چسب اکریلیک مخصوص چسب زده می‌شود. سپس ابزار آغشته به چسب در محل خط کشی شده با دقت قرار داده می‌شود. هدف از میخ زدن نگهداری ابزار تا زمان خشک شدن چسب میباشد. لذا نیازی به استفاده از میخ زیاد نمی‌باشد.
